Hallo Herr Müller,
ich habe vermutlich das gleiche Problem wie Sie. Auch ich möchte meinen Motor Typ 65 überholen. Mir fehlen einige Angaben. Wie viel Spiel darf die Kurbelwellenlagerung in radialer Richtung (seitlich) und in axialer Richtung (längs) haben? Meine hat axial ca. 0,3 mm. Ist das akzeptabel? Ich kann keine Zylinderkopfdichtung sehen. Braucht man da keine? Wäre schön wenn jemand antworten würde.

Hallo
Der NSU 65 hat keine Kopfdichtung.Nach meiner Reparaturanleitung darf das Axialspiel von0,1 bis 0,5 mm sein.Der Motor ist nicht einfach neu aufzubauen.Ich kann ihnen eventuell die Reparaturanleitung kopieren,es stehen sämtliche Einstell und Anzugsdaten darin.
