Agria-Werke GmbH is a medium-sized family business that has been manufacturing equipment for gardening, landscaping and the public sector for over 75 years. The company has been based in Möckmühl, in the north of Baden-Württemberg, since its foundation and is deeply rooted and integrated in this region. In addition to regularly supporting local sports clubs, agria is always involved in local projects with partners such as the local school, Johannes-Diakonie in Mosbach or the local nature conservation association (NABU). The company is also involved in training young people as part of its dual training and dual study programs.

For over eight years now, Agria has been making intensive use of the possibilities of electrical engineering in the development of new equipment, using electric motors and electronic controls instead of mechanical or hydrostatics drives. The resulting considerable increase in efficiency has significantly reduced the fuel consumption of the equipment. In addition, the first battery-powered Implement carrier, the agria 9700e, went into series production in 2023.
