EMPLOYEES
Many of our employees have been working for agria for decades. In 2022, we honored one 45-year work anniversary, two 40-year anniversaries and seven 10-year anniversaries. This is 15 percent of our workforce.
In addition to our commitment to dual vocational training and dual study programs, the workforce is also undergoing further training. Training initiatives on battery technology and using MS Excel have been offered since the beginning of 2023. There are also individually tailored training and further education programs.
To ensure a healthy working day, we offer free water and various types of fruit every day, subsidize company bicycles and provide high-quality work clothing.

The ISO 9001-certified agria quality management system ensures compliance with the high quality standards. This forms the basis for continuous improvement and leads to a comprehensive final inspection so that no machine leaves the factory without being thoroughly tested.

Agria has been ISO 9001:2015 certified for many years. Regular internal and external ISO audits ensure our high quality standards and compliance with all legal requirements.
We are characterized by a high demand for compliance with existing standards and active participation in committees for the further development of standards to increase safety standards worldwide.
The recognition of the GS mark for certain machines by an external testing institute confirms our conformity with standards, while customer surveys attest to our machine and service quality.
OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY
When developing our machines, agria has always focused on safety and ergonomics. All machines have an emergency stop and comprehensive safety concepts.
Vibration-reducing components are installed in the hand-operated machines, while remote-controlled machines enable emission-free and safe working from a distance.
At the same time, the remote control technology promotes professional practice into old age and inclusion.
INNOVATIONS
Our professional products are constantly being improved and meet the highest safety standards. We rely on a large development team with a high level of expertise in areas such as mechanics and electrical engineering.
In cooperation with the Cooperative State University in Mosbach, we are continuously strengthening this team with specially trained engineers.
Specially manufactured development platforms and a fully equipped prototyping department ensure that we are always one step ahead in the market.
The highly innovative devices in the field of remote-controlled mowing technology are the best example of this.

Good service is very important to us. A dense network of regularly trained specialist dealers and fast customer service will accompany your agria throughout its life.
Possible maintenance and repair measures are already taken into account during the development phase of an agria machine, so that your machine is quickly ready for use again if the worst comes to the worst.
Good to know: Agria has a large stock of spare parts and usually dispatches ordered items on the same day.
