Agria-Werke GmbH - Information on the EU Data Act
The EU Data Regulation (EU) 2023/2854, better known by its English name Data Act, affects manufacturers of connected products and providers of connected services, as well as the so-called data controllers. "Connected products" are objects that generate or collect data about their use or environment and can transmit this data in any way, e.g. via internal device access (see Article 2 No. 5 Data Act). Therefore, if data can be read out, it is a networked product and the Data Act is applicable.
Agria-Werke GmbH is exempt from the obligation to provide data in accordance with Article 7 of the EU Data Regulation.
Nevertheless, Agria-Werke GmbH hereby provides the following information in accordance with Article 3(2):

The procedure is described in detail in the Operating instructions. The user can delete the data on the USB-stick at any time. The machine automatically deletes the data as specified. If the Cable or USB Stick are lost or damaged, they can be replaced by Agria Customer Service. |
