Our new agria 9700D: Remote-controlled implement carrier with Diesel power

New at agria: With the 9700D, we are introducing a powerful, diesel-powered, remote-controlled implement carrier to the market. Our new product will make its debut at GaLaBau 2026 in Nuremberg.

With the new agria 9700D, we are expanding our product line to include a high-performance, diesel-powered, remote-controlled implement carrier. We will be unveiling the new machine for the first time at GaLaBau 2026 in Nuremberg.

For more than ten years, we have been developing remote-controlled mowing tracks and Implement carriers, and during this time we have gained extensive experience in a wide variety of applications. With the agria 9700D, we connect this experience with proven designs from our fully electric, accumulator-powered agria 9700e implement carrier and a powerful diesel engine.

The New agria 9700D

With the agria 9700D, we are also responding to a frequently expressed customer request: Since the market launch of our all-electric agria 9700e in 2023, we have been asked time and again whether we would offer this versatile implement carrier with a diesel engine as well. With the new 9700D, we have made this request a reality.

The agria 9700D is powered by an 18.9 kW (25 PS) Kohler common-rail diesel engine. It also features an electric traction drive and is based on our innovative hybrid drive concept. This allows us to combine the power of a diesel engine with the advantages of an electric traction drive.

Versatile—just like a compact tractor

The agria 9700D was developed as a versatile implement carrier for a wide variety of tasks. With its dual PTO and Category 1 three-point hitch, it can be used with a wide range of implements. Front- and rear-mounted implements from various manufacturers can be mounted in just a few simple steps. In addition, our agria implements can be used with an Adapter.

This brand-independent approach to implementations offers our customers maximum flexibility. Existing equipment can continue to be used, while the purchase of new implements is guided by individual requirements and the available budget.

Whether mowing with a Cutterbar, clearing with a Band rake or Hay pusher, sweeping leaves and snow, or transporting materials and tools with a Transport trough—the agria 9700D is designed for a wide variety of tasks.

Even when things get challenging

The agria 9700D is particularly well-suited for steep slopes, making it an attractive option for challenging terrain. For example, it can be used for mulching steeply sloped vineyards and embankments where a Ride-on mower can no longer be operated safely.

The machine also offers numerous possibilities for forestry applications. With the appropriate implements, it is suitable for tasks such as land maintenance using a mulcher, stump grinder, or Häcksler. Thanks to its crawler tracks and low weight, it can also be used for hauling logs with a winch or for reforestation with an Auger.

Durable and easy to maintain

When developing the agria 9700D, we placed particular emphasis not only on versatility but also on a robust and low-maintenance design. The machine can be opened on several sides to provide easy access to its components.

The agria 9700D thus supports our users in a wide range of tasks throughout the year. Its strengths include its robust construction, the electric drive’s instant torque, and its ease of operation and maintenance.
