Rückwärtsgang klemmt

Hallo, bei meiner Agria 1700 Hatz klemmt gelegentlich der Rückwärtsgang - ich habe keine Möglichkeit ihn dann zu schalten. Hat jemand eine Idee woran es liegt? Gibt es im Getriebe eine Möglichkeit das einzustellen? Gruss Josef
