Frage zu Agria 1700 Hatz E79 / Motor startet nicht
Hallo zusammen,
ich bin neu hier im Forum. Ich wohne In Rheinland Pfalz Kreis Kusel.
Vor kurzem habe ich mir eine Agria 1700 mit einem Hatz E79 Diesel Motor zugelegt.
War beim Kauf nicht fahrbereit (Motor lässt sich nicht starten).
Folgendes habe ich bereits unternommen:
Hatte wenig Kompression ( Kopfdichtung war defekt ) ,wurde gewechselt.
Kraftstofffilter gewechselt, Entlüftet, Srühnebel an Einspritzdüse vorhanden.
Motor hat jetzt Kompression, spring aber nicht an.
Nun ein paar fragen (hoffe mir kann jemand weiterhelfen..:) )
1. Dekompressionshebel läuft auf Stellung 2 beim Ankurbeln nicht selbstständig an, läuft auch nicht wieder zurück auf Stellung 0 . Er bleibt kurz vorher stehen und es kommt nur weißer Rauch aus dem Auspuff.
2. Beim Einbau der Einspritzdüse war keine Dichtung zwischen Düse und Zylinderkopf vorhanden. Ist das so ?
3. Beim Ziehen des Kalstartknopfes (s. Bild) geht dieser wieder zurück in die Ausgangsstellung, bleibt nicht oben. Egal in welcher Stellung sich der Gashebel befindet. ??
Ventilspiel und entsprechend Dekompression habe ich noch nicht überprüft (mir fehlte die Fühllehre). Mach ich aber heute Mittag noch.
