Agria 1700

Hallo Leute,
seit kurzem steht bei mir eine Agria 1700. In Fahrtrichtung kann ich 3 Vorwärtsgänge und den Rückwärtsgang schalten.
Wenn ich dann umbaue auf Mähbetrieb, klappt es mit der Schaltung nicht. Mal sind es 2 Rückwärtsgänge.
Mal schaltet es nur die Vorwärtsgänge, aber nicht den Rückwärtsgang.
Muss noch erwähnen, dass ich vom Vorbesitzer ein repariertes Schaltkreuz aufgesetzt hatte. Habe dieses getauscht. Kann ich da mit der Ausrichtung des Schaltkreuzes zur Verzahnung etwas falsch gemacht haben?
